I am a passionate CPM advisor, with in-project experience in CPM implementation, project management and business advisory projects.

It frustrates me to see companies struggling with their closing processes, experiencing issues in data quality, being unable to report timely, not having the right insights to make business decisions, or seeing smart people do manual (dumb) work. I can tell, based on my experience it is a problem across multiple companies that, with the right effort, can be overcome.

I believe that with the right strategy and advice, there are plenty of opportunities available for every company, whether they are large or small, independent of the type of business or IT landscape, to make sure they can overcome these challenges. It will save these companies a lot of frustration, make their employers happier, and bring them more insights into making these business decisions.
