Training conditions

The following conditions apply to our training courses:

• Up to 4 weeks before the training you can cancel free of charge;
• If you cancel between 1-4 weeks before the training, we charge 50% of the training costs;
• If you cancel within 7 days before the training, we will charge 100%;
• You can always transfer the training free of charge to your colleague if you are unable to attend. We ask you to inform us about this;
• Following a training course can earn PE points. If applicable, this will be stated in the training. If you would like to make a claim, please let us know when you register. Are you thinking about putting your signature on the attendance list at the training?
• Our training materials are subject to copyright. The materials may only be distributed with permission and with acknowledgement of the source;
  After registration you will receive an invoice, which has to be paid within 30 days.
