Michiel is a pragmatic, analytical and ambitious Principal Consultant and Project Manager.

He has a background in Business Administration and attended the Certified Management Accounting program. Michiel gained extensive knowledge on implementing integrated performance management solutions.

He has a clear view on financial business process improvements and related transformation into an integrated application.

He has experience with assessing data model designs, implementation, optimizing operating effectiveness and accessing risks of financial business processes.

In his role of project lead and project manager, he extensively worked together with various stakeholders across different projects and departments.

At cpmview, Michiel has further strengthen his focus on Enterprise Performance Management projects, specializing in Financial Consolidation, Planning & Forecasting, Management Reporting and Data Integration.

He drives the Advisory services within cpmview, including roadmap definitions and vendor selection.
